from Comin' Home CD:  I was spending a week by myself on the Pacific Ocean coast in a little town across the Puget Sound from Seattle.  Everyday I stood alone with the power and wonder of that body of water.  "On Shore" was written with my autoharp but when I came back to Shepherdstown Ardyth said it would work on piano and it does, even better.  Steve Kemp added his guitar to this mix.
